Health insurance is available to all full time employees. Our current package includes a Health Reimbursement Account (HRA).
Dental insurance is available to all full time employees. There are two plans.
Vision insurance is available to all full time employees.
Life insurance (equal to annual salary) is provided to all full time employees at no cost to the employee.
Long-Term Disability Insurance:
Long-term disability insurance is provided to all full time employees at no cost to the employee.
Retirement Account: 401(k) Savings Plan
After 30 days of employment employees may contribute to the 401K, but would not be eligible for any of the Company contributions, until one year of employment. Any money put into the 401K prior to one year of employment will not be entitled to any of the Company Matching. After one full year of full time employment, the agency invests an amount equal to 3% of the employee's salary to the 401(k) account. In addition, the employee may elect to participate in the Salary Reduction Contribution component of the plan. After one full year of employment the agency will match 1% of the employee contribution. These contributions may be made with either Before Tax contributions or Designated Roth Contributions, in an amount allowed by the Internal Revenue Code for the applicable year. The employee directs how contributions are invested. The service provider is Mutual of America.
Employee Assistance Program:
All employees and their immediate family members are entitled to four (4) free counseling sessions per family per year. Counseling sessions are kept strictly confidential.
All full time employees accrue sick days at the rate of four (4) hours per month and may be accrued to a maximum of 120 days.Sick leave may be used after three (3) months of employment.
Personal Leave Days:
All full time employees are eligible for 16 hours of personal time each calendar year. Employees starting after January 1st of any year receive personal hours on a pro-rated basis.
Vacation time, for full time employees, is based on the rate set forth for each job classification and begins to accrue with the first month of employment.
